Rick is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, and began his career with Ferguson Enterprises. He transitioned into the role of manufacturer’s representative, representing some of the top plumbing manufacturers in the country. Rick moved on to running a successful building and remodeling company for ten years before returning to the role of a manufacturer’s rep. He brings his 33 years of experience working in the plumbing wholesale, building/remodeling industry, and as a plumbing manufacturer’s rep to Cathell and Associates. Rick and his family reside in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

Laura brings to our team over 20 years experience in the plumbing and HVAC wholesale business. She started her career in showroom sales and worked up to branch management, and then executive account manager. She comes into this industry honestly, as her stepfather was a manufacturer’s representative for a national faucet company for over forty years. She enjoys watching and attending sporting events and any type of live music events with her husband and three sons in her spare time.

Jessi started with Cathell & Associates in 2022 bringing over 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry. She began her career with Noland Company as an inside sales representative and has easily transitioned to the manufacturer representative side. Jessi’s role is to assist and facilitate the outside reps with whatever requests they may have.
