Rick is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, and began his career with Ferguson Enterprises. He transitioned into the role of manufacturer’s representative, representing some of the top plumbing manufacturers in the country. Rick moved on to running a successful building and remodeling company for ten years before returning to the role of a manufacturer’s rep. He brings his 33 years of experience working in the plumbing wholesale, building/remodeling industry, and as a plumbing manufacturer’s rep to Cathell and Associates. Rick and his family reside in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

Laura brings to our team over 20 years experience in the plumbing and HVAC wholesale business. She started her career in showroom sales and worked up to branch management, and then executive account manager. She comes into this industry honestly, as her stepfather was a manufacturer’s representative for a national faucet company for over forty years. She enjoys watching and attending sporting events and any type of live music events with her husband and three sons in her spare time.
